If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that reception hours are 8:00-20:00. Please do not call the property outside of these hours. Please note that there is an NZ 50.00 charge if you arrive outside the normal reception opening hours without informing Arista of Rotorua prior to arrival. Please note that Arista of Rotorua charges NZ 20.00 per hour after 10:00 PM for a late check-in unless arranged in advance. Please note that all accommodations includes 1 free parking space. Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with a American Express credit card. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
